Despite the (former, Leica) "round" shape of most lenses carriers, 
my proposal is this one, in a (say) square, "not rolling", practicad design ! 
I make my carriers upon request, respecting your wishes and measures, and 
with or without the rear "pant's belt" loop, not suggested for larges, heavy lenses...

YES, we make our cases, usually upon request, also in GENUINE CROCO leathers, always
legally breeded, in the black and chocolate brown, but their price is the DOUBLE of the calf ones.
